Can you say STRESS? YES!

This will be my last blog.
I'm not a blogger. I don't like to be publicly open to the internet.
Not my thing.

So with it being th
e end the semester.
And with this being our last class and last test I just want to say that I have never in my life been so stressed.
It's sad to say that I have developed an ulcer from working this semester. This is a new school for me.. and trimester are new to me as well. I didn't realize how fast things move. I couldn't keep up with all the readings, papers, assignments and research.
I struggled no matter how hard I tried. I could never finish everything and I felt like sh*t for it. I still do feel like sh*t. My grades show it. And thats the part that sucks is I didn't slack and there's nothing I can say to change anything.
...................................

So I found this quote and I think it defines my stress now. My new found identity.
Thank You NCC!
Stress is nothing more than a socially acceptable form
of mental illness
-Richard Carlson.

Now to go finish failing my finials.
( I know great attitude, but I study my butt off, pull all nighters to get my exam with a lovely failing grade. Tests are not my thing, never have been, never will be. And that's the part that sucks is that most of the time your grade is based off it...)
Thats my finals rant.
THE END......

Florida Here I Come!!

In just a matter of 2 days. 2 days! Can you believe it?!
My best friend and I planned a trip to the shores of sunny
 Orlando, Florida!

Thank You!
American Airlines
It's going to be a blast, how the old saying goes (I think) fun in the sun.
Laying out
Surfing
Shopping
Parties
I'm so ready for spring break.

It started with one question: " You wanna go to Florida?"
"When?!"
"Over break?"
"Ok! When is your spring break?!"

And that's all it took!
Pulled out the old handy laptop and got to searching
Boop! and with just 5 clicks we booked our flight
Bingo!

That's really all I have to say
Other than I love the Internet when times like these arise.
No more calling the travel agent.
:)

Now all I have to do is be like, "Hey Chelz we're in Orlando and we need a place to stay!"
But that won't be a problem!
Now the Countdown Begins!
17 Days!

WHO is in the LOOP?

SOooo..
I was in COLORADO the other weekend. & let me tell you, it was absolutely breathtaking.
Colorado is a whole other world.
In Chicago and other very populated areas, our life is always on the move
the hustle and bustle, the deadlines, the noise, the people.
But in Colorado.. everything slowed down. The people were friendly, super chill, easy going, living life, and no complaints. Living life like no tomorrow. Living life on the edge. Going to the extreme.
No one was on their cell phones, or computers, or laptops.
There day starts earlier then us and ends earlier than us.
They're on the Mountain from open till close.
They have happy hour everyday from 3pm-6pm
And if not they are at work
Always having fun.
No distractions.
Doing what they love.

I love my city... but here we are plugged in all the time.
We have worries and fears.
We have deadlines.
We need social media to survive. To stay in tune. That's what matters most to us.
Everything is new

THERE ARE ALWAYS GOING TO BE 2 DIFFERENT WORLDS.
ANYWHERE YOU GO.

It was definitely nice to take a break from the real world. Really experience what life has to offer.
The Joy Of Being UNPLUGGED :)
